I am needing help re-arranging data in one sheet in the format of another sheet. The issue is I need one row broken down into multiple rows that all tie to the inventory number associated

This the sheet I need to format.

Excel Facts

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
I would recommend that you look at Power Query to transform your starting data into the desired form. From your example, it is difficult to understand what your starting point looks like. You can upload a small sample using the XL2BB add-in provided at this site (preferred), or if that is problematic, post a download link to your sample data.
