May I request for your assistance on creating a count formula using the example below?

Multiple fruits per cell but should be counted all.

Apple/Orange/Grapes/Apple/Apple		Results of Count
Mango/Grapes		Apple	4
Orange/Orange/Grapes		Orange	3
Apple/Grapes/Grapes		Grapes	5
		Mango	1
