Need help disable the cursor and use arrow keys to switch tabs

I have the excel 2010 beta, and when i want to switch the tabs with arrow keys, I can't. Only way to change it is by mouse. when i try to switch tabs left-right it moves the whole screen.
Thank you for your help.
 

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
