Hi all,

I'm facing a tricky excel challenge, not being myself an expert in the matter. Basically, I use a spreadsheet to forecast information over three weeks. This information is entered in a number of column and rows, obviously the same for each of the three weeks. I simply need, on every mondays, to have all the information of week 2 to go in the allocated space for week 1, the information for week 3 to go in the allocated space for week 2, and the week 3 staying empty to allow for new information input.

Ideally, I'd like to do this miracle without using macros, do you guys think this would be possible?

Thank you so much for your help! :)

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Welcome to the board.

Why not just delete the row containing the Week1 data?

well, basically I'd like to have it done automatically. So that when opening the spreadsheet on a monday, all the data would shuffle nicely according to the date, and that I would just have to input the data in the columns and rows corresponding to week 3.

It is quite a big spreadsheet (90 rows, and each week has 5 colums of information), so it can get pretty tedious...
