Need help publishing a Access table to Excel

I hope that someone here can answer this.

I have a Access table that I published to Excel.
However one column - after a certain point - displays squares instead of text. How do I get all my text from Access to display properly in Excel?

Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
