I am fairly new to excel and am looking for help creating a formula for the table below.
The results I am looking for are stated on the bottom of the table.
what I want to do is get a better prediction of the type that will fall under each category
Some predictors are very good at knowing the outcome of certain types and not so good on others.
I want to weight the predictions by how accurate they have been in the past.
I do know how I want to do this and could do it manually, but I cannot determine how to do it on excel.
As I stated the bottom of the table lists the results I am looking for.

This is a small size portion of the table I am working with,
the full size table has 70 predictions with 45 categories.

Any help is greatly appreciated,
J Maka

Very sorry but my excel table that I pasted in here did not carry over to the post.
Anyone know what I should have done for it to show?

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
