HI all, I hope one or more of you may be able to help me. I have an excel file containing a SQL query which produces a list of data. Several pivot tables derive from the list data. I can set the query to automatically refresh every x minutes.

I need an auto_open type macro that will automatically refresh the pivot tables and save the file as two file types (.xlsm and .xls) every x minutes and make sure that only the xlsm file is left open.

Thanks in advance for your help.
