need macro

I need a macro which minus the balance(150212) from amount in column b.It looks from in each cell in column b and minus amount from 150212 and gives the new balance in coulumn d .I want macro to do the this from start date(10may98) till enddate(14oct02).

StartDate = #5/10/1998#
EndDate = #10/14/2002#
TheDate = StartDate
Balance = 150212

I know it can be done through formula but it will be easier if i do it through macr0.Regards

To be honest a forumla DRAGGED wil not only be faster but also will prove editable UDF or Script might / will not be so simple. Even deeply nested formula to do this will best VBA for reliability and speed

I would say no stick with formula
