Hello The Forum,

I have been unable to find a way to do what I need to do and usually I can come up with a workaround for just about anything.

I need text to spill over from a cell with 90 degree orientation. I have tried merging cells and just using one cell, but as soon as I change the orientation, the text no longer spills over.

I'm on my work computer and it won't let me download the MrExcel Html Maker, so I've posted a screenshot to my blog so you can see what I've tried that isn't working.

Many thanks!

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
You're not going to persuade Excel to spill text to the cell below, if that's what you mean.

Yes, that is exactly what I mean. And I strongly suspected that I could not do it, but I was really hoping I was wrong.

Thanks for the info.
