Need Summary on daily basis if specific column value changes

Hi All,

Can anybody suggeste me I am working on a shared excel file.
I want to highlight the 1 column values which are updated on daily basis.

For example :- if on 29-Aug multiple users update the cells in column AA, and same day at evening I want a macro which highlight all the value which is updated on same day which are changed by another users.

Your expert suggest awaited(for macro or formula based).
