Hi everyone-

I am trying to have my 'remaining column' to display the days between 'start date columns' and 'end date columns'. In addition, if the 'completed column' has a date then the 'remaining column' will display 0 because it is completed, but if it does not have a date then the 'remaining column' will have overlaps days like the picture below. Wonder if anyone can support me with this? Thanks

Almost! My fault if my wording was a bit confusing-was trying my best to explain this tricky formula. So, if the 'completed column' was blank and the 'end date column' was not completed on time. Then I need it to calculate days after the end date column like cell C3. However, If the 'completed column' is blank and the 'end date' is further out of todays date, then it will display the remaining days like cell C5.

Solved it! Thanks @mohadin for support.

=IF(D2<>"", 0, IF(B2="", "", IF(B2<TODAY(), B2-TODAY(), B2-TODAY())))
