Need to calculate the year someone ages out of a club

Hi! I need to determine the year someone ages out of the club based on their age. If the member turns 47 after 08/15 then she may be active one more year. Membership is September to May. I have their DOB, AGE, YEAR they turn 47. I even have a TRUE/FALSE column if it is their last year based on their age on 08/15 but I want to get a specific year in number form instead of calculating it for each member.

I am working in Numbers.

If I'm interpreting this correctly, you want:
a) The year someone turns 47, if their birthday is 15 August or earlier, or
b) The year someone turns 48, if their birthday is 16 August or later.

In which case:
