Need to change First Name Last Name to Last Name, First Name. Can anyone help?

use text to column on column A.

after that:

c1=b1&", "&a1

and drag down.

copy column C and paste special => values in e.g. column D.

Then you can delete column A, B and C.

=RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND(" ",A1))&", "&LEFT(A1,FIND(" ",A1)-1)
