I have a Spreadsheet that has the nested if statement below. What is happening is it looks to see if column G (stores a date) is blank, if not it just uses that date. Then if it is not blank it checks to see if column U has a name of an acquisition in the column. If there is a name in that column it pulls the date we acquired the company. Finally if the other statements are false it uses the Employees ID # against a table that has their DOH and brings that in. There are over 5000 rows on this sheet and it works for the majority of them, however with some lines I get a FALSE and others I get #N/A when I clearly see them on Table1 and also some are an acquisition with the vendor name in column U. Why is this failing for some?
IF(G1243<>"",G1243,IF(U1243=0,VLOOKUP(A1243,Table1[#All],2,IF(T1243<>0,VLOOKUP(A1243,Table5[#All],2,FALSE)))))
IF(G1243<>"",G1243,IF(U1243=0,VLOOKUP(A1243,Table1[#All],2,IF(T1243<>0,VLOOKUP(A1243,Table5[#All],2,FALSE)))))
