Hello,
We need help to setup a spreadsheet where we can plug in scenarios to make sure the pay out works for both the affiliate and the company. We are planning to pay 40% of our Gross profit to affiliate and 2% override 5 levels down of sub-affiliates. When an affiliate signs up they pay $299.99 and $29.99 per month thereafter for initial business setup and website fee thereafter. We will pay $1 per month 5 levels down from affiliate on the monthly fee as a spiff and we will pay one time spiff graduated amount of $25,20,15,10,5 from the initial $299 five levels down also. Affiliates can go as wide as they wish but only five levels down for a total of 6 levels per business group counting the initial affiliate.
Thank You,
Scott

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
And what have you done on this yourself? Have you even decided on a layout yet?

Glenn,
I am a novice at best when it comes to excel. I have drawn a chart on a poster board but getting that transferred to an excel spreadsheet and having each location utilize a formula is above my pay-grade. If you google images and type in mlm chart you will see an example of what a 5 level deep chart looks like that I need. How to put this in excel where I can plug in pay rates to see how they affect the company is my goal.
Thanks,
Scott

I don't see how you'd program a scenario to do the monthly flow and take into account your one-time spiffs. Maybe someone else on here has done something similar for this type of pyramid shape of layout.
