New data to master list by Employee name.

Workbook A is the master employee training list. Column A2:A2281 lists all employees and columns B thru Q lists the dates of the various classes they have attended.
Workbook B lists 663 employees who attended recent classes. Would like to copy the date from Workbook B Column E (the actual date of attendance) and post it to Workbook A Column R (blank) by Name. Have tried variations of the IF command, searched the web and message board with no success as yet. Thank you.
