Good Morning,

I am attempting to set up data web queries from the following web sites but I am unable to do so. I believe it may due to the way the internet site has its data tables set up on their webpage but I am not certain. Any insight as to how I can get these tables set up as a internet web query in an excel spreadsheet would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

I had exactly the same problem. CME Group do not use standard tables to display their data, so it can not be interogated by web queries.

My solution was to find a different site, which it's self interogated CME.

e.g. http://futures.tradingcharts.com/

Other than that its a manual process, copy/paste !!

Thanks for the feedback and the reference to the tradingcharts website. It was helpful in that it has some of the energy futures that I am tracking but unfortunately not all (i.e. Cinergy Hub futures). I also noted that it seemed to track only the on-peak hours for some of the futures as well (i.e. PJM electricity). In case it is helpful, the INO.com website also has a pretty good selection of futures data that allows you to set up data queries to. If you have another alternative sources, please forward them along if you have a moment. Thanks for your help!

For my purposes, the futures website had the info which I needed to track.

I still manually grab some info from CME, as, like you say, the source is not replicated fully in other locations.

So the combination of these two sites, gives me everything I need.
