Hi all,
I am new to data model and need some help. I have 2 tables, table 1 and table 2. Table one has column headers Date produced, time produced, belt number. Table 2 has column headers Date processed, belt number, total blades, blades rejected.
I have merged the two tables in data model on belt number and creating a third table. The third table has from table 1 Date produced, time produced and from table 2 total blades and blades rejected. When I merge the two tables I am left with cells that have a null value. This is as I expect as the two tables are created from table 1 my production report and table 2 a report from our sister company which processes belts sent to them to make blades.
What I need is another column which shows the null values as not processed but I do not know how to do this in data model, can anyone help ?
Hope the above makes sense
