next button macro or formula

I have a question regarding Excel I have a list of account numbers and I need to set up a formula or macro so that I can push a Next button and it will grab the next account in line. and it will continue going down the list every time you click the Next button. I also need the account numbers to be on one tab and then the Next button to be on a different have so that my team members can push the button to get the next account to speed uP efficiency. any help would be appreciated
