Next Cell vs Absolute or Relative

Is there a way to take the next cell not the next relative cell and not an absolute cell. I am trying to autofill some information into a more useful format. When I use cell=cell for the first one and autofill down it takes the next relative cell(looks like last column), and I need it to take the actual next cell(I want it to look like the 4th column). I am populating the source table with values from other worksheets.

Well you image doesn't seem to work, but what do you mean the "next cell"? I'm assuming you mean the next filled cell?

If you can spare a couple of helper columns, then you could use the formula:

=INDIRECT(ADDRESS(E1,F1,4))

Where E1 is 1 and F1 is 1
E2 = 1 and F2 = 2
E3 = 1 and F3 = 3

E4 and F4 are blank, as is F4

Then E5 = 2 and F5 = 1
etc. etc.
