I am in the process of making a workbook to capture employee training.
Each employee will have their own page tab for their training records.
Some cells are formatted so that when the date expires the cell turns red to notify you that it has expired.
Other cells are formatted so that you can enter the date that the training was done and it will turn yellow 1 month before it is due for renewal and then red when it expires.

My question is:
Is it possible to have a pop up or message displayed when these cells expire when you open the workbook no matter which page tab you are in informing you.
Or is it possible to get a message or reminder in outlook.

Any help would be appreciated.:)

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
