Null Values and Empty Strings

I'm currently creating a data quality report in access, some of the fields are NULL and some fields are empty.

What i'd like ideally is a formula that would help me identify those cells which are NULL and those which are empty simultaneously, is this possible?

In a query, you can use criteria like:
"" Or Is Null

Just tried that out and it worked!
