Hello,
I'm having the following little problem regarding pivot tables, and
I hope that someone can help me.
I have a database with (roughly) the following columns.
Column A = Employee code
Column B = End date 1
Column C = End date 2
Column D = End date 3
Column E = End date 4
In the B to E column is either a date (for example 20070816) or
the value "00000000".
Now I want to make a pivot table with "Employee code" in the page
field, so that I can select the various employee code's.
I want to use the fields "End date 1", "End date 2", "End date 3" and "End date 4" as data fields.
I want to count the number of cells of each of this 4 fields.
But i only want the number of cells counted of these 4 fields if the value
of these fields are "00000000".
Another (separate) pivot table has to do the same thing except in that
case the value of the fields "End date 1", "End date 2", "End date 3" and "End date 4" has NOT to be "00000000".
Is there a simple way to do this ?
Best regards,
