Was wondering if you can help me efficiently model a complex office lease starting lease rate. What I want to do is create a formula that will pull the correct starting lease rate based on a couple of trigger cells for tenant size (i.e. small, medium, large) and lease start month (i.e. month 1,2,3,4,5,etc). See example below:
