Hello all. As always, TIA!
I have a cell previously named so would like to use that rather than (MATCH(RC-9). My best isn't working:

.FormulaR1C1 = "=IF(ISERROR(MATCH(Range(ws_3Admin_UserLogOn).Offset(1,0),0)),""No Record"", INDEX(ws_2Users_RngEmpTyp, MATCH(Range(ws_3Admin_UserLogOn).Offset(1,0),ws_2Users_RngLogOn,0)))"

Appreciate the look.

Ron

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
You are missing your MATCH range in the first MATCH. Assuming ws_3Admin_UserLogOn is a single value and ws_2Users_RngLogOn is a range:
Excel Formula:
=IF(ISERROR(MATCH(Range(ws_3Admin_UserLogOn).Offset(1,0),ws_2Users_RngLogOn,0)),"No Record", INDEX(ws_2Users_RngEmpTyp, MATCH(Range(ws_3Admin_UserLogOn).Offset(1,0),ws_2Users_RngLogOn,0)))
By the way, this may work also:
Excel Formula:
=IFERROR(INDEX(ws_2Users_RngEmpTyp, MATCH(Range(ws_3Admin_UserLogOn).Offset(1,0),ws_2Users_RngLogOn,0)),"No Record")
