Offset command to select cell based on dropdown

Hi - ive done this before but cant remember for the life of me how....
Currently Cell B6 is linked to cell A5 in the Data Tab
I would like to be able to click on the dropdown in cell D1 so that when i select the next period (FY/2) it automatically changes Cell B6 to look up the next cell to the right in the Data tab (B5)

If i recall correctly it involves an offset command?
