Hi, I have an offset formula referenced to another sheet that contains dates, my problem is when my reference sheet is blank it is returning value of 1/0/1900 instead of blank. How should i make it appear as blank instead of having 1/0/1900?

=OFFSET(POAP!$I$5,$A2,$B2)

Try this:
Excel Formula:
=IF(OFFSET(POAP!$I$5,$A2,$B2)="","",OFFSET(POAP!$I$5,$A2,$B2))
