OK, Help Needed Again, Please....

Hi folks, I have this formula that works OK....

=('RM 1400 Tariff April 2010'!H5-('RM 1400 Tariff April 2010'!H5*('RM 1400 Tariff April 2010'!H24+'RM 1400 Tariff April 2010'!J33)))*MAX((Q5=A22),(Q5=A23)*98.6%,(Q5=A24)*MAX((Q6=A26),(Q6=A27)*98%,(Q6=A28)*95.3%))-(2.4*($S$16=1))

However a change in pricing structure means that when I click a check button to say yes.. The check button relates to the value in cell S16

I need the value of H5 of this formula to change for 23.5 to 21.1

'RM 1400 Tariff April 2010'!H5

Is this easily done, and if so what is the best way to do it..

=IF($S$16=1,21.1,23.5)
