I have Excel 2000 currently at my Job. When we upgrade to 2007 or 2010 will the macros that I have for 2000 work in the newer version? If not what can I do to get them to work?

Unless he's in charge of converting macros that he didn't write!
Inheriting other's code can be a real pain in the "you know what"!;)

you hit the nail on the head. I have a bunch that I inherited and I need to go through all of them and make sure they work .
