One Chart to Multiple Slicers

Hi! I would like to have one chart be attached to two different slicers so I have 2 different types of data in one chart. For example, in one chart I would have a slicer for the rate of something. I would also have a slicer for the goal of that same item. I would like to show the rate over time vs the goal so see how we are doing. For example, in the graph below, I would like to be able to have the Tier 1 data, for example, populate the rate graph to see how close we are to the goal. Or even show the Rate, Tier 1 and Change from Previous Month in on Chart. Is that possible? Thanks!
