OPen a timed timed window after Adding data

How can I make excel opend a timed window after adding data.. QWindow would state " you are logged on" as it is now .. when the add button is pushed data is entered and userform opens. now i would like a window to open after words for say 15-30 seconds awith a message then close.. I think i can figure out how to open the window with a message.. but have no idea about timing it..
