I have a password protected workbook that many users need to view. Is there a way it can be opened without having the Passwork box open asking for the password and then having to select Read Only?

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
If I have understood correctly, this ought to do it. But I would think twice before hardcoding a password. At least be sure to password protect your VBA project.
Code:
Workbooks.Open "C:\MyFile.Xls", ReadOnly:=True, Password:="TooManySecrets"
