Opening different sessions of Excel?

In Excel XP, I used to be able to "tell" Excel to open a new session of Excel each time I opened a saved workbook. Now with 2007, I can't locate that feature anymore. Is it gone?

Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney

Excel Options > Advanced, tick Ignore other applications that use DDE
