Opening Excel in version 2003

My computer has both 2003 and 2007 Execl and I need to open exery Excel file in version 2003. Is there a setup in Excel that will make all Excel files open in version 2003?

You need to do this in Control Panel, look for Default Programs (or something similar) and set .xls and any other compatible file extension you want to open with Excel 2003.
