I am looking for the function that allows me to subtract the results of a formula in one cell from the results of a formula in another cell. Example d21 - f21 - g22, I have tried =sum (d21-f21)-g22, it doesn't work. Thank you for any help.

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Thank you however it is not working. Seems the formulas are acting as one and subtracting a part of the answer in g22. Thanks again Karen
