Option Button/Group Box Properties

I am trying to make 10 group box with option buttons in them. I want each box to act indepentley from each other with different cell links. I get them set up but can't seem to have each box act by itself. I.E., whenever I change one button cell link it changes them all. I know I have to name each box, but can;t seem to find where to do that.

if you put the option boxes in separate frames (group boxes), it should already work

are you using a userform, or a worksheet?
