I have the below userform, it has two categories grouped in two frames, but I want the user should only be able to select one from both combined. How do I do that?

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
My suggestion would be not using a frame at all and placing your option buttons together on the multi page. If you want the visuals like your attached image, you might be able to achieve that using four label controls. Two of them with a transparent backstyle and an etched special effect, pretending to be a frame. The other two labels may be used for the caption of each as a frame-looking label.
