I have writen a macro that will cut the data from one sheet and paste it to another. What I need to know is how do i make the find function look for the next empty cell?
To find the last row use a routine like the one shown below from Dave Hawley's site ( http://www.ozgrid.com ) and then offset by one row for the next blank row.
Sub FindLastRow()
Dim LastRow As Long
If WorksheetFunction.CountA(Cells) > 0 Then
'Search for any entry, by searching backwards by Rows.
LastRow = Cells.Find(What:="*", After:=[A1], _
SearchOrder:=xlByRows, _
SearchDirection:=xlPrevious).Row
MsgBox LastRow
End If
End Sub
