At work I have a shared mailbox that when I would be in there and delete from the shared Inbox, it would put the deleted email into my personal deleted folder.

I called our helpdesk, and after serveral attempts, found someone who knew what they were doing...and they went to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER>SOFTWARE>MICROSOFT>OFFICE>11.0>OUTLOOK>OPTIONS>GENERAL

and added a new DWORD VALUE:
DelegateWastebasketStyle

Value Data:
4
That fixed the issue. now when i delete, they go to the shared mailbox deleted folder. <AMEN>

Now...my next question to them was, can they set up the same thing for the SENT folder? meaning that if I send an email out of the shared mailbox, that the email go in the SENT folder for the shared mailbox and not my personal mailbox. They said it couldn't be done....now mind you, during previous calls i was told the deleted issue couldn't be done either and i finally found someone who could do that...so i'm a little skeptical when our help desk says anything.

I'd easily take the word of one of you guys before my help desk! :)

Thanks for any help!!!

MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
