Can anyone help me with a <acronym title="visual basic for applications">VBA</acronym> code for outlook,

Problem:

I have a D-list e.g. "xxxxteam@abc.com" what i want the code to do is whenever someone send an email to that particular D-list irespective the D-list is in To or CC an automatic reply should be generated through that Dlist and should be sent to that sender, the reply will be like " Thanks for Your Email, we will get back to you in 2 hours, if you do not recieve a reply in 2 hours kindly escalate the matter to xxx@abc.com" Regards, XYZ team.

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
No my freind, D-list encompasses many other employees, all i wanted is whenever the D-List is in that mail an automatic reply should be sent. Keeping D-List also in CC...Hope that clear some clouds

you can achieve with rules. contact some one who has better knowledge in Outlook. Because, In our office. some of the emails we are getting on the basis of particular criteria. If you use Exchange server. ask the person who is taking care of the server.
