Hi all, I would like to create a chart that shows overtime rotation.
Im not sure how to even start, I have 50 employees who work during the week, and when we have overtime on the weekends, we ask for people to work.
I'm trying to find a way to rotate them from the top of the list to the bottom when they work.

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Hi,

Do you want to rotate employees randomly with automated formula , or you just want a Chart which shows static values

I am able to respond in real time to you until it is solved!

Hi Guru008.
How it works is......We get a schedule, and we ask who wants to work on the Saturday and/or Sunday, by the list we choose people by seinority.
People who work, would get dropped down to the bottom of the list.

So I will need to be able to track the days someone works and the order on the list.
