Alright so this might be kind of difficult to explain. I am trying to figure out a formula or series of formulas to figure out the amount of packages I have available compared to the amount I require to have on hand.

I am trying to auto calculate the amount of packages I have not to exceed the # Req Pkgs.

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
welcome to the board

You're going to have to give some more info, I can't see what you mean by "the amount of packages I have available". What is going on here?

For example, your first item "High Top". As I read this, you have none. Does this mean you have no "Component 1" available or no "whole product" available?

And what exactly do "product on hand", "Qty per Package" and "Used" mean?

If you can clearly state the set of rules then you're likely to get your answers on this board, but the rules just aren't clear to me in order to write your formula
