Page break lines not showing in one Workbook

I'm a relative Excel beginner. Using Excel 2011 on a Mac.

On one of my Excel docs I can't get the dotted blue line page breaks to show.

Any way to diagnose?

Any way to correct in this one file?

Thanks for any suggestions.
