Parse data into rows+columns

Hi Experts,

I have data in the format below(only show 2 'rows' but there are many more):

I would like to parse it into format below:

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1j1jydhw0GhelpYNGlqZEVFMUE

Anybody can guide me on the macro needed to do this?

I don't have time to write a macro to do this.
The first question that should be asked is whether EVERY "Sctp Profile" contains 12 fields like the example you have given, or could some of the fileds be missing for a profile?

There are other names as well like M3UA Association,REMOTE SUBSYSTEMS, and SCCP Timer Profile but for other names, I would like to put in another sheet. I don't think there is any quick way to parse them except to do a macro.
