parsing in macro?

Hi all, Any help would be highly appreciated.
I need to parse a string,

What I am doing is:

So What I need to do is take just the first part of the path (D:\something1\something2\) and replace the second half (something3\something4\) with (something5\something6\)

Can please anyone Help me..Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee.......:-)

The Path property doesn't return the trailing path separator.
