Hello Everyone:

earlier today I got help with he following code I found on his site

Sub DeleteBlankRows ()
on error resume next
Columns("I").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeContants).EntireRow.Delete
En Sub

Can anyone shed some light on how to pass whichever column the active cell is and use it as a variable instead of the constant "I"? I other words, I may need to click on columns other than "I", and run that fantastic line of code.

Thank you

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
I modified it as follows and it works except it deletes the top row where the column headings are

Sub DeleteRowIfCellEmpty()

'ActiveCell.EntireColumn.Select
MyCol = ActiveCell.Column
I = MyCol
On Error Resume Next
Columns("I").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants).EntireRow.Delete

End Sub
