Please explain what exactly should I do with this macros in order to paste without conditional formatting rules:
Sub FormatWORules()

Dim ws As Worksheet
Dim mySel As Range, aCell As Range

'~~> Change this to the relevant sheet

Set ws = ThisWorkbook.Sheets("CopiedSheet")

'~~> Change this to the relevant range
Set mySel = ws.Range("A1:Z50")

For Each aCell In mySel
With aCell
.Font.FontStyle = .DisplayFormat.Font.FontStyle
.Interior.Color = .DisplayFormat.Interior.Color
.Font.Strikethrough = .DisplayFormat.Font.Strikethrough
.Interior.Pattern = .DisplayFormat.Interior.Pattern
End With
Next aCell

mySel.FormatConditions.Delete

End sub

Suppose I need to copy range N224:AE289 in Worksheet named "Data". I trying but don't understand the logic.

Thank you.
