P1 = 317.75 hours (0.25 is equivalent to 15mins)
P2 = 3994 contacts (number of calls made)
P3 = 15 Agents

15 agents over a total of 317.75 hours made 3994 customer contacts. What formula would I use in cell P5 to work out the number of contacts per hour?

I can’t use the html maker on my work pc unfortunately to post a screen shot

All help much appreciated ;)

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
.. or if you want 'Contacts per agent per hour' use:
=P2/P3/P1
