Percentage of sickness year to date

I need to calculate percentage sickness YTD and am unsure if I am doing it correctly.
This is my data and my current calculation method:

Is this correct or am I going in the complete wrong direction?

I think I may see where I am going wrong.
Am I right in thinking I need a cumulative frequency of contacted hours to divide for the percentage?
