I'm getting a little frustrated with a pivot table that I have and am hoping that someone will be able to help me.
My pivot table has three fields:
Division : Department Code : Count of people in dept codes (shown as percentage).
What I am trying to do, is for each division, the percentage for the count of people in a dept code should add to 100%. Unfortunately I can't seem to get this to happen, the subtotals for the divisions are a percentage of the whole total.
so for example:<pre>Division : Dept Code : Countofpeople (as %)
Equities : E111 : 25%
: E112 : 25%
Technology: T111 : 25%
:T112 : 25%
Total :100%</pre>
What I want to happen is:<pre>Division : Dept Code : Countofpeople (as %)
Equities : E111 : 50%
: E112 : 50%
Equities subtotal : 100%
Technology: T111 : 50%
:T112 : 50%
Technology subtotal : 100%</pre>
Thanks,
Vicky
